Founded in May 1997 as Zhejiang Yongkang Metalware Manufacture
Co Ltd, we moved into our new factory and renamed Metal Group Co Ltd in
Feb 2002. We are manufacturer specializing in the production of stainless
steel items. Our main series now include vacuum flasks, vacuum coffee pots,
travel bottles, auto mugs, hip flasks and kitchen tools. The headquarter
of Metal Group is located in BaiHuaShan Industrial Area, Wuyi country, Zhejiang
province.
Having factory facilities covering an area
of 120,000 square meters and 12 automatic assembly production lines, we
have more than 800 workers, 10% of them are highly educated. Our daily capacity
exceeds 20,000 pieces of vacuum flasks, 20,000 pieces of travel mugs, 5,000
pieces of hip flasks. Our factory is one of the largest enterprises manufacturing
stainless steel products in China.
With novel designs,
high quality standards and competitive prices, our products are selling
well in various countries and regions around the world. Manufacturing exclusively
for international clients, our main markets include America, Europe, Japan
and Korea. Having been issued patents for 6 of our items, we now have annual
sales turnovers more than US$18,000,000.
Ever since
our foundation, we have not only set our foot on the manufacturing side
but now also involve with international trading, logistic, real estate development
and technology R&D.
Operated under headquarter, we
build our business on the complementary strengths of four subsidiaries around
China.
Shanghai ZhongJiang Real Estate Co., Ltd has
successfully developed an area of 250000 square meter business/residence
district in YongKang City with total sales exceeds 1 billion yuan per year.
Moreover, the company continues make development in the JiangXi province
now. ?
The second subsidiary Zhejiang Metal Industry
& Trade Co., Ltd mainly provides various kinds of product in the YiWu market
generating 1 billion yuan turnover a year. It has a warehouse of 40000 square
meters which can absorb 50000 containers a year.
Beijing
Automatic Technology Co., Ltd is another subsidiary specializes in developing
and selling auto EPS system products which supplies in the current market’s
gap for these kind of product.
The fourth subsidiary is still on the table. However, we would
like to turn our eye on the coal chemical industry mainly in the ShanXi
and Inner Mongolia provinces. Firstly, we would invest capital of 2 billion
yuan into a project of producing 600000 ton of Coalification Methanol. In
the following years, we would develop a mega base which can produce 2 million
ton of Coalification Methanol annually with cooperation of several companies
from the ZheJiang province.
In 2005, we have a total
production worth 500 million yaun and contribute tax of 30 million yaun.
Meanwhile, we have total asset of 900 million yaun which includes 650 million
of liquid asset.
